Molly Urciolo

Molly has worked at The Washington Post for nearly 7 years. She started as an intern in the PostPoints program, before moving into her first full time role post-college in the Consumer Marketing department, where she worked in consumer acquisition for print. Molly joined the New Ventures team two years later where she launched and oversaw sales and marketing for The Capitol Deal (one of a few deal sites nationwide to actually turn a profit!).

In July of 2013, Molly launched The Washington Post Wine Club and managed that in addition to The Capitol Deal. As of the first of this year, she joined the Digital team within the Ad Innovations department as a Program Manager.

She lives in DC, is an avid runner, and loves karaoke and all things DC. In the summer you can find her at the beach or Washington Nationals games; in the winter you can find her making plans for summer.

Molly graduated with a double major in Supply Chain and Marketing from Smith.  While at Maryland, Molly was captain of the women’s crew team.
